How does Profhilo work?
Profhilo is a hyaluronic acid treatment, but it behaves differently from a filler. Rather than sitting in one place to create volume, it is formulated to spread through the tissue after injection.
It is administered at a small number of set points, from which it disperses across the treatment area. The aim is a change in the hydration and condition of the skin across that area rather than a change in its shape.

Is Profhilo a filler? +
No. It is a hyaluronic acid treatment, but unlike a filler it is formulated to spread through the tissue rather than sit in one place to create volume. It does not change your facial shape.
Is it the same as anti-wrinkle injections? +
No. Anti-wrinkle injections work on muscle movement. Profhilo works on the hydration and condition of the skin itself, and has no effect on muscle.
