An important distinction
Pseudogynaecomastia describes fullness caused predominantly by fatty tissue. This is the most common cause, and it responds well to non-surgical fat reduction.
True glandular gynaecomastia involves glandular breast tissue rather than fat. Fat reduction treatments do not treat glandular breast tissue, so where a glandular component is present we will recommend medical assessment.
Some people have a combination of both. An assessment helps us understand what is contributing to the appearance of your chest and recommend the most suitable approach.

Will this work for gynaecomastia? +
Not for true glandular gynaecomastia — glandular tissue does not respond to fat freezing or fat dissolving injections. Where the fullness is caused predominantly by fatty tissue, which is the most common cause, non-surgical treatment works well.
How do I know whether it is fat or glandular tissue? +
An assessment at the clinic establishes this. It is a straightforward conversation and examination, and we will explain clearly what we find.
How many sessions might I need? +
