It begins with a skin analysis, so the stages are tailored to your skin type and the concerns you want addressed rather than delivered to a fixed formula. It is suitable for all skin types and skin tones.
There is no downtime, which is why it suits both event preparation and regular maintenance, and it is one of the treatments people book most often before something they want to look well for.
How is it different from a standard facial?
A standard facial cleanses, exfoliates and massages. The Hydrofacial adds technology at almost every stage: vacuum-assisted hydro-peel exfoliation using glycolic and salicylic acid, ultrasonic derma-scrape to lift congestion out of the pores, radio frequency working in the deeper dermal layers, ultrasound to infuse a hydrating mask, and LED light therapy to finish.
The sequence is not fixed. The skin analysis at the start establishes your skin type and concerns, and the stages are weighted around that — more attention to decongestion for oily or blocked skin, more to hydration and soothing for skin that is dry or easily reddened.
It is suitable for all skin types and skin tones, and there is no downtime. Most people leave with skin that already looks clearer and brighter and feels noticeably smoother.

Analyse, cleanse & exfoliate
A thorough double cleanse removes excess oil, dirt and impurities. A skin analysis then guides the rest of the treatment, before hydro-peel exfoliation combines glycolic and salicylic acid with vacuum suction to lift away dead skin cells.
Deep cleanse & hydrate
Ultrasonic derma-scrape technology works into the pores to clear congestion, debris, excess oil and blackheads. Hyaluronic acid is then applied to replenish moisture and maximise hydration.
Tighten & rejuvenate
Radio frequency works within the deeper dermal layers to stimulate your own collagen and elastin production, supporting firmer, more lifted-looking skin. A hydrating mask is then infused using ultrasound.
Soothe, nourish & protect
LED light therapy soothes the skin, helps reduce redness and supports collagen production. The facial is completed with moisturiser and SPF 50, and we give you aftercare guidance before you leave.

Is the Hydrofacial right for me?
It suits most skin types and is a good starting point if you are new to facial treatments, since there is no downtime and nothing to plan around.
If your concern is texture, scarring or firmness at depth rather than surface condition, a treatment such as microneedling or chemical peels may be more relevant. We will say so at your appointment.

Is there any downtime? +
No. Nothing in the treatment breaks the skin, so you can return to your day straight afterwards. Skin can look slightly flushed for a short time after the radio frequency and LED stages.

Yes. The treatment suits all skin types and skin tones, including sensitive skin. The skin analysis at the start lets us adjust the stages — the strength of exfoliation, for example — to what your skin will tolerate.
