About the treatment
Using applicators individually means the treatment is planned around your body, your anatomy and the areas you would like to target — from a single area through to multi-applicator body treatments. It is a body-contouring treatment rather than a method of weight loss, and what is appropriate for you is established at assessment.
The science behind fat freezing.
360 Fat Freezing uses controlled cooling to target unwanted fat without surgery or anaesthetic. An applicator is positioned over the treatment area for approximately 40 minutes, cooling the underlying fat cells while leaving the surrounding tissue unharmed.

40 minutes of controlled cooling
The area is exposed to controlled cooling for approximately 40 minutes, targeting the fat cells beneath the skin.
Your body does the rest
The treated fat cells are damaged by the cooling process and are gradually cleared naturally through the body’s lymphatic system over the weeks that follow.
Long-term fat reduction
Once the treated fat cells have been cleared from the body, they do not regenerate. Maintaining a stable weight helps preserve the contouring result.

Your consultation and assessment happen as part of your booked appointment, and where you are suitable and happy to go ahead, treatment follows in the same visit.

Your appointment begins with a consultation and an assessment of the area you want to treat. We discuss your goals, check suitability and determine the most appropriate applicator placement for your body.
Position & prepare
The treatment area is prepared and the applicator or applicators are positioned over the area being targeted. Nothing is rushed, and we make sure you are settled before the cycle starts.
Controlled cooling
The applicator uses controlled cooling to target the fat cells in the treatment area, and stays in position for approximately 40 minutes. You can relax, read or work while it runs.
Complete & aftercare
The applicator is removed, the area is checked, and we go through the relevant aftercare with you. Most people return to their normal day afterwards.

You will feel intense cold and a firm pulling sensation for the first few minutes, which typically settles as the area numbs.
Immediately after
The area may look red, feel numb, firm or tender. Most people return to normal activity the same day.
The following weeks
Any changes develop gradually rather than immediately. We will discuss a realistic timeframe with you at assessment.

The first three options are common area combinations — Love Handles means both sides. Multiple applicators can be used to treat larger or multiple areas where suitable. The number needed depends on the areas being treated and your anatomy, and a higher number is not automatically better. Treatment suitability and applicator placement are confirmed following assessment.

Is 360 Fat Freezing a weight-loss treatment? +
No. It reduces fat in the areas treated and is not a method of losing weight, treating obesity or replacing diet and exercise. It is a body-contouring treatment.
Do I need to be a particular size or weight? +
No. Suitability depends on the area being treated, the nature of the tissue and your anatomy rather than on your body size. We assess this with you at your appointment.
Can more than one area be treated? +
Yes, where suitable. Applicators can be positioned across multiple areas in one appointment, which is what the multi-applicator pricing and the area packages are for.
Does it hurt? +
Most people describe intense cold and a strong pulling sensation for the first few minutes, which usually eases as the area becomes numb. Sensitivity and tenderness afterwards are common.
How many sessions will I need? +
That varies by person and by area, and it is not something we can answer honestly before assessing you. We will give you a clear view at your appointment.
Is it suitable for everyone? +
No. There are medical conditions and circumstances where the treatment is not appropriate. Suitability is always confirmed at your appointment before treatment begins.
Do you treat the double chin? +
Not with 360 Fat Freezing. The chin and jawline are treated with injectable fat dissolving — Aqualyx or Lemon Bottle — where suitable.
